Francis Ngannou says he thinks Tyson Fury cheated with his gloves against Deontay Wilder

Francis Ngannou has hinted that he is concerned about Tyson Fury potentially cheating with his gloves when they fight.

The pair are set to clash on October 28, as the WBC heavyweight world champion Fury and the former UFC heavyweight champion Ngannou go head-to-head under boxing rules.

And Ngannou seems worried about Fury cheating, after Deontay Wilder accused 'The Gypsy King' of fighting with doctored gloves in their second fight in 2021, along with a number of other excuses.

“He’s very tricky with his gloves. I think he’s cheating," Ngannou told Joe Rogan.

"When he fought Deontay Wilder, he complained about that.

"I’ve heard a lot of complaints about his gloves, that his gloves have no protection…

"It might not be, but we have to check that.”

With that being said, Fury has always denied that he has ever tampered with his gloves.

And this is not something that Ngannou should have to worry about, as Fury's gloves will be inspected by the commission prior to the fight.

Instead, Ngannou will need to focus on himself, as he has a tough task taking on the number one heavyweight in the world on his professional boxing debut.
